There's only around a week to go until Christmas festivities here in France. Food is of course a major part of the celebrations. Shellfish, smoked salmon and foie gras are on most menus, along with the famous Yule log for dessert. For more, we speak to Guy Krenzer, creative director and executive chef at Lenôtre. He  has also twice received the distinction of Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
